SUBSCRIPTION RATES (EFFECTIVE 1/1/07):

ELITE RATE: Receive the next four issues of MFTV for $36.00 USA (First Class Mail).

CANADIAN RATE: Receive the next four issues of MFTV for $45.00 USA (Air Mail).

FOREIGN RATE: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, FOREIGN SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED! Because of the extremely high cost of shipping overseas ($16.00 to ship one issue to England, for example), it's no longer cost-effective for me to continue offering foreign subscriptions. Current foreign subscribers will continue to receive their issues until their current subscription expires. I'm extremely sorry to do this since I have many loyal readers overseas, but it's a decision that had to be made.

PLEASE STATE WHICH ISSUE YOU WANT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO START WITH WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER! All issues are shipped in Jiffy Rigi Bag cardboard mailers to prevent (or minimize) damage. I can no longer accept requests for additional cardboard as it pushes my shipping costs to Priority Mail which is now $4.60. Unfortunately, it's no longer feasible for me to do this. Subscription copies that ship with multiple back issue orders will ship in a box.
