     Due to an extended business trip for my "real job," all back issue orders placed between September 4th and October 7th were not processed until my return on October 8th. Thanks for your patience during this period. Hopefully, everyone has received their orders by now. Also, because of this business trip, MFTV #19 did not premiere in October as planned, you can expect to see the issue by late December. Finally, all future subscribers, and current subscribers planning to renew their subscriptions, need to note our new subscription rates. I held out as long as possible, but the ever increasing cost of postage has force me to raise our subscription rates, and do away with some completely.
