     IT'S HERE! After being delayed a few months, MONSTERS FROM THE VAULT #18 is finally available. The issue premiere to rave reviews at this past weekend's Monster Bash Convention in Butler, PA. Unfortunately, I had some problems with my postage meter which delayed the shipping of subscribers copies by a few days. However, the problem has now been fixed and all subscription copies went out in today's mail. Our subscriber's should receive their copies sometime next week. Comic book stores and Tower Records (with this new issue we're available in their stores again) should start to have copies on their shelves in two or three weeks. All future subscribers, and current subscribers planning to renew their subscriptions, need to note our new subscription rates. I held out as long as possible, but the ever increasing cost of postage has force me to raise our subscription rates, and do away with some completely.
